Opinionated regeneration
Dazzling word play
To what achieves unification
Of sensibility?

Funeral marches off in the distance
Leaving world-wide sickbeds full
Posing in a burial shrouds
The world heralds…
Raiding villages
Drinking poisoned firmness
Where are the teeth of reunion?

Your state is mine
You’re hopelessness, thrashes my flesh
Bleeding tears contain my shame
Obsolete is self interest
Unfolds widespread perception

Walking with the way of give-and-take
Comes from within
Utopian love wears a child’s dress
Love will fail over & over again
Within humanity

Catastrophes arise from tight pantyhose
He who surrounds himself with benevolence
Adheres to a cherished land
Material wealth is assuming
Leading to shabby presumptions
Drifting clouds of inability
To stabilize imperfections

Modesty is the Gardner
When sap has waned we want nothing
We paint facial expressions
Of man petting a lamb
Of man in a field harvesting cotton
Of a man asking for directions
Of man on his knees in prayer
Of man & his thoughts of tomorrow
Of man rising above the earth full hearted
Of man giving his child to the world
Of man writing down laws
Of man short of voice, long in deed
