Shaking in the womb

~early tomb~

as mommy dearest takes a hit

~sighs~

baby cries...but is not heard

then baby greets first daylight

oh, the shaking...the brain baking
is more than a soul can bear

~the smallest souls, GOD, if you are watching~

too often offer themselves to
Life  (supplicating)
long before their time is due

~Suffer the little children~

But I ask you, GOD...

Why?  Why?  Why?

The most innocent should know the love of God soonest.
Emotive write that fell down my cheeks as it tumbled the page.

FYI, this write was in response to several news items (in one month!) about women who used crystal meth during pregnancy.
