A fog horn sounds
in the clouded distance.

A faint,
white, mist
passes in front
of green trees.

The sky is gray.

There is
a silence
on the surface
of the sea.

At times like these, one might believe
there could appear on the quiet shore:

the happy dog you used to have,
a friend
whose end was long ago,

that true love,

a young girl
with long hair

collecting colored stones.

I do too -- it's that good, isn't it? In Huan Yi we have a poet of true quality.

You said this so beautifully and expressed thoughts so difficult to capture.  I have looked at places where my lost ones have been, and remembered how they were in that place.

Your poetry is great reading.

"At times like these, one might believe..."

You painted the scene so well, visualizing becomes second nature.
