Three leaves have fallen,
From a forest of willows
Those still holding on

Weeping for Madame chipmunk
White dove, and Micheal Auguste

*******************************

Tear situations, call for answers
To conquer sad questions (but)
No normal vocals rise us to contentment;

And so we bend arms, dip quills
In blood-ink of our sorrow, heartfelt
Stains on paper, love-vow views
Of better times, in sweet remembrance,
Of those who'll never see another 'morrow.

Death has muted these sisters,
This brother, never will they verse
Again, and so we must take charge
And fill in their blank pages...

As time advances us towards comfort,
Pray me, that our poems embrace their spirits
And shows them through these fond expresses
Just how much that they are missed;

May our mourning bring them joy and knowing,
That we are sad that they are gone.

[Was Michael's birthday today...would have been 53.  Now he has a NEW birthday...and I feel very blessed that he isn't here in pain anymore, but BOY...does it ever hurt to not have him around. ]

Thank you for your replies, friends...

It was written to honor these, and others who wrote poetry in life, and have passed.

Peace to you all, and to all that you love...

Blessings to them ~ and for you as well, kind poet.

We were fortunate to have had them share their spirits and talents with us. I miss them dearly.

Love & Eternal Light,
EA
