Wait For Me ... And so I replay it again In a breathless attempt to meet you There on the banks of this endless completion I feel Where eternity sighs in agreement to my knowing That it's sweet time is how long I will love you... ... And so I wait for you... I do With eager heart in these anxious hands Oh, it's there that your face rests on that gentle like breeze Just as your memory has stained my greatest recollection On the edge of my bed where you wait for me... ... And so I live life in the name of Every breath you take in and release There in silent recognition of who I've become For, my eyes can surely see who you have made me to be So, wait for me so I don't have to go back... ... And so I fall just a little less Each time your arms find the width of faith And, there I'm true to everlasting in your silhouette Cherishing moments that resemble your presence ever here Gratefully you wait for me in my minds awareness... ... And, so I rely on God given To what I know to be heaven sent All heart and direction to lead me to you and your arms Where always open I find them in the midst of unsure And, there you wait for me to comfort the weak... ... And so I bow my head for all time As forever guides my path to you There in it's strongest form that I could ever believe Where family rises above mighty planes of existing And, you wait for me in that awesome light...
