I shall not pray with head bowed
but will look up to heaven’s sky
And watch for the white dove
as she begins to fly

She is not gone from this place
she is alive in all her words
I will remember her soft smile
as I watch those wing’d birds

Her faith was steadfast and pure
her heart open and lovingly kind
She played the hand God dealt her
strong in spirit and in mind

Read her words if you dispute
the facts will remain ever clear
White Dove lives on in her words
and she will always be here.

Beautifully written, Sharon.

I was very lucky although I am not so sure that Becky realized who I was when I talked to her when she had a good moment after her short recovery from her operation...

I think she knew we all cared and I am sorry for the loss her family and friends must be feeling

BSC said it - I too have never once since coming here not thought of Becca when seeing a dove.  She couldn't have picked a better name could she?  I read this to the ladies at Cedar Lodge today Sharon, and they went, "Here, here!" as they all read her daily too over there.  I am so glad Becca got to know of all of them before she got too sick.  She got to talk to a few of them to know just how much her words gave them hope and encouragement, and always will.
