Nothingness

I mixed a batch of nothingness
And seasoned it with somethingness
And bless me if it didn’t taste
Exactly like a plate of paste

We often plant a seedless husk
And make of it a heavy musk
Shower it desires power
And make of it a lovely flower

Flowers of illusions mist
Colored with a wish insist
Passed between the nose and lip
That makes the toes and fingers grip

I’ve done it in a daytime wile
A moment’s stop to taste of guile
And as I lost my way in rue
It shed a taste of moments glue

But all and all I’ve had some fun
It suit me more than having none

Are you painting again, Sy?
Sounds like it...
taking nothing from the air
and making something beautiful, somewhere...

Out of nothingness we create the most beautiful things. And you know that.
You are unique in creating something beautiful and meaningful and in sharing it with us!

Have a beautiful Sunday!

Peas, porridge hot...yeah,  I think that is
how it goes....

What a mix....are you sure it won't make a
good paste for drywall?

Ah, yes! I have missed your poetry while I was away from Pip! I love how you can make something out of nothing. No matter what you serve up, there is something of value in the eating ~ or reading ~ of it!

Love & Angel Light,
EA
