Oh there ain’t much to do
up here in the mountains
The river ripples
under good moonshine

A shack on the bank
can sure be cozy
with a fresh straw bed
and a single light

There’s nothin’ better
at night in summer
with the crickets chirpin’
in the air so cool

than to see Ellie Mae
her fine young body
comin’ down barefoot
to share the view

Oh, good -- very, very good! You have a touch with words that's magnificent.

Makes me think of a country girl I'd like to lay eyes on about now.

good, humorous and so vividly visual.  Man,
makes one want to find their own cottage.
