Between the Lines

My last, this to you
for the wait is too long
and even silence has its wake.

Putting to sleep the unimportance
that fills each night,
allowing the thoughts to rest beneath
priorities, an initiation hard to learn.
But the truth blisters
and the world is wide.

Time can not be replayed,
the warring within is over,
being stranded in the you
a thing of the past,
starting today...

No matter how sad or painful
