oh Johnny oh
how you made me smile
how you took a moment under your wing
and lifted up so many hearts

late nights giggling
mind and body wiggling to Doc's tunes
and everyone teasing you
about the number of wives you had

but of course, you had thousands
no, a million or more of us
who fell asleep with you
(watching you on the TV of course)

how we will all miss you
oh, Johnny oh
no more flipping the pencil,
no more
"Here's Johnny"

RIP, to my favorite
entertainer

My brother and I were just discussing
that he was a man alone on the late night show...

No one has ever filled his shoes
even through they've tried...

and no one ever will.

Thank you, Kacy...

I loved his charisma and that twinkle in his eye,  as well as the sense of mischief at the corners of his smile.  He was indeed,  a legend in his own time.

Thanks for posting this Kacy~

Before the world ever needed "reality TV" Johnny helped us to gain persepctive on reality and have a little laugh.
