Notes of a musical heart
Painting landscape of feelings.
Inside one painting can live a heart
In another, you’re creative soul.
Words upon pages of imagination
Mental illusions beyond a time
Weathering in ghostly impressions
Recordings implanted uniquely
From the universe of one’s creation
Into others of inner contemplation.
Artists, thinkers of shared universes
Teaching tools for the liberal arts
Never having a master enslave them
For their divine gift has no master,
Being judged only in their heaven
Feeling the art of their existence.

I like this. The title intrigues my mind. Universes...mmm...uni-verses. Verses for everyone. LOL! This is a great poem D.L. Truly a pleasure to read and filter through with my fingers. Loved it!
