Listening to every heart

Moon rivaling stars
Stark white willing shades of cream
Brighter than streetlamps

Bathing all in pale sheer glow
Man’s cool and lovely mistress

North winds grow jealous
Raging contempt, dragging clouds
Hiding her paleness

Foggy veils slipped between us
Even wolf hears moon crying

I absolutely love this. Has a Celtic feel in my ears Sunshine. In fact I love it so much I am going to not only keep this one...but study it because I sure feel inspired by it! Bravo...dearest friend!

How wonderful, man
In his primitiveness, claims
Still the moon,  mistress

The wolf in him hears echoes
(his own) bouncing back at him.

Scintillating.....this shines with a light of its own...and I wish I'd written it.

Dear Karilea, here you have identified with the moon and the result is very very charming.
