Labyrinth

The heat is on,
expectations on the rise
as that white fluff is on its way
to cleanse the earth and
refresh my mind
with promises, if only to be kept.

I value that which I no longer have
my password too secretive
its wall too high, its wait too wide
and then there is you
whose nevermindattitude
cools the warmth in my heart.

I am not that mysterious
although I must admit
I keep that labyrinth snarled
until that speaktruth rests
upon these ears and
your autograph is scrawled
upon this body pressuring its feel
into realization.

I see into the almost
wishing for the surety
being in the forever of each moment
wanting to not be just
a "window watcher"
suppressing the expressiveness,
untangling the dreams
that guide me into understanding
that which rests with me...
uncomfortably.

it's like someone once said to me...

We'll see?

God your writing cuts to the chase...heart and mind...incredible...and I loved it.

Can't talk enough about PIP to some old friends, poets...hope they stop by and take a looksee at the talent within these pages.

Hugs to you and yours my friend.

Untangling the dreams!
Now don't we all do that, or at least try to. Nice write M, very nice.

Excellent....overall...form and content

In particular...here in these phrases

"I see into the almost "
"being in the forever of each moment"

Which make the poem outstanding....
enjoyed
