Another time/another Chance Let me surrender myself to you For your love warms this cold heart That once was ever true Past pains have made you smart You will never again be the fool I will never forget what I did to you It always seemed pain was my tool Yet deep down you knew I have faced myself and seen the ugly truth You have moved on and I hope the best Never again can I return to my innocence and youth I just hope and prey I can lay my sins to rest I hope to replace the sorrow Let it be washed away by the rain Today, tomorrow Time will test again |

wow, nice to hear this, something one wishes for and never recieves from pain given by another even when ones heart forgives for that pain created by one without sorrow for giving it, it still lives deep inside for tonight i will think of it as if to me and i will give to forgiveness to you and may you too give yourself forgiveness as the hardest person to forgive is one's self thankyou so much for these words tonight they was needed even if not intended for one bless you  |

They say Sorry is the hardest word to say and yet through your words it was seen. I hope whoever this was written for can find within themselves to forgive. :-) |

Very good and, I felt, from the heart poetry here. Seems that we have gone down a simmilar path and I've learned that even after the forgivness, and her being there with you is certainly a very good sign of that in my book, what truly takes time and practice to rebuild is the trust and I do hope the very very best for you both. -Bob |

This was beautifully, heart wrenching, Thomas!  If I ever received these words from the guys that have hurt me...I would certainly forgive them. But MGROVES is right...the forgiveness needs to come from within. I pray that you will have the strength to forgive yourself...and that you let God take care of the rest.
