In desires of the chance to demonstrate talent that drives you inwards

In desires of your thoughts begining a journey that is not encapsulated with yourself

In desires of your knowledge of the talent no one believes you know of your talent

In desires of a bad day you have your worth talent and skill

In your feelings of yourself you feel you have talent and by being different you open your world to a failure to conform

Directed by many understood by few

You utter words

Flowing across an inner vision unencumbered by care control restriction you fly

Decorating an horizon with whatever

Decorating the horizon with whatever - yes - and so beautifully done -

Susan

btw - who wants to conform? Not I - my mama always said, be the engine, not the caboose

"Decorating an horizon with whatever"
I too was captured by this last line.  Prolific for the artist’s mind to ponder.
I hope you expand on this line making it the title of your next write.

Excellent thoughts here.

Susan

Thanks Susan.   I do slipstream a bit more these days and I know I need to nuckle down on the technical stuff.

It is a bit typecast that anyone writing poetry has a problem and is unable to open the curtains in a single room.  I always thought that was another profession - lawyers, accountants, city bankers, dentists, doctors and of course journalists.

A nice cheer.

Sunshine

Thank you Sunshine and everyone.  Without you we wouldn't have the opportunity or the freedom to write.

LeeJ

Thanks Lee.   I need to get back to reviewing others work but I am on a detailed treadmill to get work that pays.

Without the moderators this site would degenerate.

No-one gives the credit to people like yourself who keep the site as it is.

You have my thanks.

To seek a chance to dream (stolen words from a poet).

Thanks

Decorating an horizon with whatever

I'll take this as a theme but Red started 38 years ago with me holding a pint of Youngs RamRod and Special in my hand.

It almost seems like a theme for a window cleaner with a dirty cloth.

I'll give it some thought but no promises.

Thanks everyone.

Piptalk does Piptalk proud by honesty and allowing the right to write.

In the midst of winter,
I found there lives within me..
an invincible summer.

In the summer I often felt the chill of winter's thoughts

In spring I decorated my eyes with vision

Thanks
