Far from where I am going

She walked by
motion by motion
filling those hypnotic hips
as explosions mounted
in streaked glass
3, 2, 1
smiles grew
as lovers knew.
watching her
smile fade
as moments melted
into the memory of a clock
her lips melted
into those of the trusted.
ring on bells of new
and move on love lorn soul
wash the stench
of a year past
off of your
new year skin.

(this would be my new years poem. I hope you all enjoy)

nice use of muffin

and this would be new year's applause--

because I every much enjoyed your new year's poem.

A very subtle personification of time, and a sultry rather sexy observation of her passing by, with mingled teasing musings of what she might slip into next...

Ejoyed this very much.

Pretty Woman...
walking...

ah yes...

these are the lines
your lines
recall...

one of my favorite songs...

and this, close to that, in poem.

Thank you, m'friend.
