Wow! Lovely penning. When I saw the title, my mind went "Frozen Ink on parchment..." I may be tempted to write something in that regard. Or perhaps I should leave it to you.

Snow, thanks for the encouragement both re. my 2 short pieces and writing from your inspiration.  You can see where I went, a big surprise to me, from ink on parchment. The poem down the board by me called "Boxing Day 2004" is what I wrote.
