By the Grace

It’s only by a loves enzyme
I come about in space and time
And chaos met me at the door
To dwell in search the evermore

The morning skies are full of hue
The greenery plies sparking dew
The breeze is full of odors scent
And time flees by without relent

I voyaged on the sea and ground
To find the reason of surround
I set a set of rules to reign
But could not stop the rains of pain

And now the clock ticks faster still
And drains the purpose of my will
For lights grow dim upon my stage
And thoughts grow light with passing age

I’ve seen the rainbows path of bold
But could not make my footsteps hold

If I had been with you, I would have been there to hold your hand so that it would have been "steady as she goes".

We can actually use our minds to lessen the pains and to slow the clock. Mind over matter. It takes some mental discipline, but you can do it. They say you are as young as you feel, and when you are experiencing pain, you actually feel older.
But your spirit is young and hopefully that is what will determine how old you are. ~ not any rheumatism that may be acting up!

I will not let your light grow dim! I will fan it and blow on it and say "Up darn spark, up!" or is the saying, "Out, damn spot, out!" ~ Whatever, you get this "angel's" drift.

Keep your eye on that rainbow! I know them very well and I shall fly with you to the end of the one of your choosing! How about a double rainbow with a pot of chocolates at the end of it? Sound good?

I missed you, Mr. T. and I am glad that you are back safe and sound!

Some of the most fragile leaves are immortalized in stone while even the heaviest tread fails to register in the dust. Your view is still 360 Sy.

Dear Seymour, welcome back!

You sound a little bit melancholic ...

It must be the sea!

But you always reflect your inner rainbow, you project its colors to the outer world ... believe me!

Love and hugs.

This is my new favorite from you.

What I love about reading you is that you always spark the realization of time as sacred.

And sy? Every moment knowing you is time well spent.

Such a lovely soul you are.

Sy, I have been out for three months and have missed reading your wonderful poetry.  It was so good to read this one tonight.  By grace we come, and, hopefully, by grace we will go on.   ........jo

Hey Seymour. Glad to see you my friend. Great piece of prose you have here. I take it by all the ladies responses you took a trip. Well I am glad you are back. I'd been wondering where the heck you were hiding this week. Welcome home buddy.

Remember, if you're not part of the future, you're history!
