Nice -- very nice! Concrete Poetry comes in a lot of forms, and this choice is superb.

I've got a soft spot for terns, which is a good thing since they winter-over on the grounds of the place where I work....wonderful to watch a flock of them all swirling round together-- I don't even mind the occasional hose-work that comes from tern poop on my car.....

Wondorous words it's a bird! (Cricky didn't even get that the first read, until walking back with a coffee to read again, LOL.) Now are you not the most clever Dad around?  What a wonderful gift for her to treasure forever, from a heart and mind that is pretty hard to equal anywhere.  By the way, you can "draw" very well   added, to that vocabulary and poetry pizazz you could be famous one day.
