Slipping across my mind
Your image a band saw
As your eyes sing as a grating cheese cutter losing its edge
For those you fell
Who attended your ego and memories
On a cool evening and for them
Yet another dream

She always did like flowers
The Park never missed them
On Friday nights fish
No matter where I left them
I was always home early
And locked up behind me
I never woke her up
Nor did I let dawn blind me
To
Yet another dream

interesting - i enjoy your unique style and eye upon things -

Susan

Happiness isn't something that happens to you, it's created from within you.  Joy is a state of mind.

I let images drive my fingers I suppose.

Ideas that are often many poems or their seed.

I need to work on this a lot but I suppose I like to throw draft ideas out to make me jump over a hurdle of whether I do some work or put them away fron another time.

Thanks Susan

I do enjoy your writing.

Dave
