It's the same fear we bring
to the page.

This emptiness that holds such a
grip on the certainty of our
faith.

We are more than what we know.

Yet less than what we
wish for.

To commit words to a page is to
meet our fear in the moment of
its perception.

It is what it is.

We can only touch this
emptiness -

And simply write our
words.

Content in the offering of
our expression.

Eric

Excellent words.

I've written somewhere about my fears when I wanted to write.

Like some idiot I thought people would support me but even now outside of a Poetry site I dont really tell people more than my interest is in poetry.

Well said!  Perhaps in life generally it's the "offering" that's important.

Aaaahhh... divine and beautiful.  It is truly breathtaking what you do with what others would consider an impasse... you take what seems a lack of inspiration, and bring out the most beautiful things that no one else would dare see.

This is just pure magic.

Thank you for sharing.

I love you,

Moca

How fragile we humans are too fear our 'voices' even in the anonymity of the world wide web. But we are. Enjoyed

smiling here

because I do understand.

And I feel the difference in me when I don't write.

You expressed the passion perfectly.

To surpass that fear...
is to know truth.

No wonder you are so favored among us.

Sometimes we just don't know what we said/wrote.  This is well-written/well-said. Writing through the fear is akin to overcoming life's challenges be they mountains or molehills.

You really made me think.  Sometimes, I'm afraid to commit my words to page because I might be wrong or not well enough informed.
I guess that I should just keep writng and see if the knowledge and maturity comes.  One thing is for sure,  I'm not ready to write my last word so I better get started before it's too late.

Thanks for posting this.

Huh...there's fear involved in writing...I look at it more as a willingness or desire to release inner thoughts...James
