Very treasured to me
is this special place
where burden
merits no meaning.

I am   alone    in the world
yet one     with the universe.

Serene is this space
where only     God
   hears my thoughts
and moments of escape
   are found
from seeming hold  of curse.

I can breathe deeply
         life's essence
and cherish pause         of quiet spent
when I embrace me,
   in my    alone
       my soul resides in grace
               content.

The greatest beauty on earth, is
found in the hearts of those
who love....

boy, this was certainly amazingly beautiful
I can remember, soon after the seperation from a very bad marriage...being along scared the begezzus out of me...but then, something happened, and it slowly ever so slowly became like this....the peace and sounds are miraculous, as is your delightful poem this morning...thank you

yes...and it's all consumming...tranquil and hypnotic...and if you pardon me saying, almost could define it errotically...in a spiritual sense?  Perhaps that sounds a little ridiculous?  But erotic in the sense that I believe God would approve?

How very special this sentiment...
and how meaningful in so many ways...

you've a lot to be proud of, little one...
and this poem proves that...

I used to feel this way about alone time - now I long for company often - perhaps I have too much alone time - must find the balance -

Am glad you have this lovely space that you can call your own -

Hugs - Susan

"content."

Too bad more don’t have that in their lives.
Beautiful poem.
