Heartbreak

What is my truth?
Should I believe in God
From faith or experience?
Did my heart know the difference,
When it smiled and laughed with joy?

Now who is the liar?
Should I believe in love
From faith or experience?
Did my heart know the difference,
When it cried and blamed God?

Marcel

No matter what...God knows your heart...and each heart.  The unfoldings that we are part of, are handmade in a colossal tapestry.
The pain of those unfoldings fell blanket here in this write.
Hugs,

Heartbreak is never an easy road to travel and these questions you ask are a big part of many lives I am sure.  Knowing your own heart and trusting it can be uneasy at times but I have no doubt that God not only knows it but knows how to help mend it as well.  I enjoyed this piece very much.  Alot said in just a couple of verses.
