+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+
In times of desperation,
~ When the sky is falling down,
I pray for courage and the wisdom,
And the strength to carry on.

Whenever I am lost and tossed,
Upon the seas of life,
I know that He will lift me out,
Of cesspools steeped in strife.

He sends a band of angels,
To cushion all my falls,
To comfort and to guide me,
When I’ve ignored His calls.

Angels gather ‘round me,
When my Light begins to dim.
They brighten up my world,
With angelic choral hymn.

A calm then overcomes me,
As I relinquish reins to God.
Knowing that all is well,
With Our Father as my rod.

(big angel hugs) God Bless You, dearest friend, this reminded me so very much of a segment I saw on Now! with Bill Moyers last night, a wonderful liberal news program. Judy Collins was featured on it yesterday, considering "the voice of America" by many, known especially for singing "Amazing Grace", and she spoke very much about fighting her demons in life when she was drinking and her son committed suicide, and she said she has always been an optimistic person and her optimism and faith is what makes her strong, and she said what she always does is get at least eight hours a sleep, exercise, read a lot, eat organic food, and finally, believing in angels! (does happy dance) This is beautiful, sweet friend, Jesus loves you always as He loves us all and will always shine hope and strength to guide us all, God Bless You, I love this, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Linda, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,
Noah Eaton

Sometimes the right words are given at exactly the right time... yours are those for me.

Such beauty in your words... and your faith. *S*

Belle, that you are in need of such a poem at this time, saddens me. But if it helped you in some way, I am pleased. Your gentle and beautiful heart and soul, deserves to be free of all sadness and pain.

God loves you ~ and so do all of your Pip friends!

Ah yes, my whole life I've been told to hold fast to the rod and I shant lose my way - unfortunately, oft times I've let go to see what's just off the path -

Words of angelic wisdom here -

Susan ~

I know what you mean! I have done some exploring of my own ~ but I always got burned by the fires of hell! lol

It's safer hanging on to that proverbial rod ~ but perhaps not as much fun!

I feel those Angels around me, whenever I call for them. They are truly wonderful Divine messengers.

I would say they have chosen you to spread their message of love .... and you do this always masterfully.

Loving you,
Margherita

Linda,

I was just reading today in Phillipians and came upon a verse that may lift you a bit.

"I can do all things through He who strengthens me." Phillipians 4:13

You poem touched me and reminded me of one I wrote that I shall repost called "The Stone".  Your words are truly inspiring and it is such a great gift to all of us lost or found.  It touches a subject that never receives enough praise or inspired work - God.  I appreciated your work as nothing less than divinely inspired and beautiful.  I hope it serves as a catalyst for you to write more on this subject and touch others with your incredible talent.  After all, He gave you this gift you have in writing.

Remember, when your lost in your wilderness..."Let go.  Let God."

In His grip,

Kevin

Kevo ~

I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your own inspiring words. I am tucking this warm and wonderful reply away in a special file I keep of replies that are especially touching and have deep meaning for me.

I shall be looking out for your poem "The Stone".

Have a glorious day! ~ and life!

Love & God's Light,
Linda
