Out of mind...
a softly spoken lie.
Looking in your eyes I see the perfect compliment to my life.

Impossible visions... dancing in my mind.
Illusions of you and I together…
Distances closing… twenty two hundred…
Eleven hundred… no more miles… until you’re mine.

Your kiss I have never felt.
Your touch evading mine.
Your heartbeat is so faint
even though it's right next to mine.

The small things taken for granted
keeping our love in check.
A softly spoken sleep with angels saves me
from the loneliness creeping down my neck.

The picture never painted,
the vision not yet perceived.
Loving an invisible angel makes me feel complete.
