quiet . . .

no breezes stirring
with whisper words

or chimes calling
upon the wind

no seduction woven
in black upon white
to blanket this woman
in the chill of the day

just the sounds

of silence

singing the lonely . . .

oh how I love those times...being alone sometimes seduces me....I know, I know, it sounds crazy, but I love those times of quiet silence....no loud radios, dogs barking, people yelling....the quiet that you have described is quit priceless and so valuable now it seems. Thank you

Many are the days I wish for quiet..silence..
