When you cross yourself in prayer, as if crossing some bridge of understanding, yet your eyes are closed to the light as if trapped within some dark well, you’ve created your own gateway to your personal version of Hell. Reach up and bring down the curtain, tear down the shrouding veil. The love you seek seeks you but only when you allow it to arise from within. And I say this to you in good faith and with love, embrace the essence, the spirit of the dove and you shall soar above all that strives to ground you. And when you read this, please remember, I am not Christian, nor Jew, I am not Buddhist, Muslim or Hindu. I am merely human, like you. * |
