If I could weave a web of fibers fine
To hold the treasures that I knew were mine
I would have kept them all not just a few
But I am sure I've kept the one from you

If I could weave a web of fibers strong
To hold my memories a lifetime long
I would have kept them all not just a few
But I am sure I've kept the one of you

If I could weave a web of fibers red
To hold the loves wich in my life I had
I would have kept them all not just a few
But I am sure I've kept my love for you

Wonderful Titia...
So good to read you again!!
Hugs~

Now while the leaves still dance on the wind
While the moon and the clouds come spinning
Will you whisper my name again?
Again..and again.

Titia the picture framed in your words is absolutely first class.  However I have to tell you, this girl is afraid of nothing BUT a ittsy bitsy spider!  See I even keep this on my favorites so I know "Spiders Most Wanted" LOL.  Take a look at the love bites some of those beauties leave it will sure make you wonder about taking their picture too close

However, this was outstanding work as you got me to look at something I detest and think it was beautiful.

Just a second here I am onto something - maybe you come to the US and run for President?  LOL

Hey Mysteria, this is Holland, we don't have dangerous spiders at all, not even very big ones, at least not in free nature that is.

None of our native spiders will bite you.

Thanks to all for the replies.

Hi, dutchie....this is an excellent poem accented with a beautiful picture. Your sincerity shines in the wording..

If you would build a web
To capture me, my dear
You wouldn't have to waste time fooling me
I'd VOLUNTEER!!!!!

When you weave a web of memories it holds me tight. I loved the line I'm sure I would remember... it holds so much promise.

Here in the midst of my lonely abyss, a single joy I find...your presence in my mind.  Unknown

Balladeer: I thought I had caught you in my web already because I treasure you as a Poet, I've great memories on Tampa time and I love your humor.

Keth, the same as above, those Tampa time memories will never fade.
