Contact

                                       perhaps again to
                                       touch you
                                       as soft, a stroke on
                                       kitten’s fur
                                       allowing some purr of
                                       you to come
                                       forth

                                       grant me traces
                                       along
                                       a silhouette of you
                                       my finger outlining
                                       your memory
                                       defining
                                       on the back of
                                       my iris
                                       in long recall

                                       might you summon
                                       again
                                       my hand
                                       in yours
                                       how my skin awoke
                                       beneath the
                                       feel of you,
                                       with my lips

                                       on yours

                                       close your eyes

                                       envision

such a sweet seduction Lady...
sensualy lovely in its wanting.

Poetry is emotion put into measure.
The emotion comes by nature ...
but the measure is acquired by art.

Lady

JM said it the best...."sweet seduction".  This is so softly sensual and lovely to read.

Mmmmm... some things are even easier to see with eyes closed.....

I like your style in this one....I call it open style, with just enough said to make the destination inevitable, but with no walls, no paths, no fences of language to take me there or block the view along the way.

Wow! when you write I see the pictures in your head. Excellent!

Here in the midst of my lonely abyss, a single joy I find...your presence in my mind.  Unknown
