shocking, the view of her attire
transparent throughly
the ness of Autumn's shy

   slowly she disrobes herself
   leaning up against
   the transcendental sky

   the tossled blues moan softly
as the branches shed the summer

   perhaps you think
   you may have captured her
   as you've sewn together
patches scattered, as she unravels ...

but in truth
you are the one captured
breathlessly you await
as surroundings become travels

she drops a glove of filagree
   and sweeps you blindside
on the path of her seduction

   the falling leaves toss colors
lending pigment to the blank face awnings,
then form a bed of painted brass,
as she longs to lay her soul upon it
   with you along her side

your senses leave you, stunning,
twisting, turning ... falling into her charms,
longing for the big finale
yet giving her her way, accepting,
enjoying Autumn's ride

and she revels in her striptease
as you play the audience of one for now,
for the theatre of her hungry mind

as she knows her state of oscillations,
   her calamity of conflicts,
   of both goddess
and the wench that duel inside

she dances upon hidden dreams long gone
deeper than imaginations,
softer than whispered winds,
carrying herself with pride

so she brings you to her challenge
to seek the very depths of her

   and smiles demurely
   at your proclamation
   that you've claimed her now

but the truth within her self
she knows, upon your anxious feet,
lay merely just a token leaf (or glove)
shes dangled for your watchful eyes

the seduction never ends
though you may feel her slip away,
to hold your breath for the moment (or love)
is to lose the cool Autumn skies

Thank you, everyone, for your read and reply.

All cudos go to Inky, she originated the poem and I just tried to dress it back a bit!!

It doesn't take great minds to write something like this ....

... just souls that feel a similar passion.

(Ink - those windows were dirty at that point in time!)
