Life Changes In my deepest, darkest hour, Came the purest, crimson flower. It touched my heart with essence rose, Stirring me from deep repose. It gifted me with scent so sweet, I soon became a soul complete. I found my way to Shangri-la, On mountain top I stood in awe. The skies were blue with crystal light, The stars and moon filled up the night. The air was warm like zephyr breeze, And dreams hung down from heaven's trees. I felt a peace not known before, As I walked through Eden's door. Never shall I wail or wallow, For the stars I now will follow. My life had changed in darkest hour, All because of crimson flower. |

It was my small attempt at honouring him by attempting to emulate his sonneteering daily offerings. ~ It is beyond my comprehension that he has literally written thousands of them! ~ and each one is a pearl of wisdom and beauty ~ with delightful humour thrown in for good measure!
