Of Filigree and Guile

I often stop to take a breath
To wonder on the play Macbeth
To reconcile my file and style
Its filigree and all the guile

When amplified it stirs in rue
The battle of the wish and true
Desires throw the turn of dice
The face of peace or rue of vice

The implement of justice or
The turning of the cheek for more
Playing God a moments end
Or leaning with the wind in bend

For rational can each one
And justify the way it’s done
Decision spans a poison well
Or a mental stay in hell

Perhaps delusion laughs at me
This whole illusion may not be

You start the morning on a ponder,
makes me think and makes me wander
into the kitchen for coffee's mug,
as your words give soul a tug...

the words you share, awesome and deep
from out your mind, awake or sleep.
They bring to us a pondering well
and then of course, your whispers tell.

For from the deep and mighty sea
a poet walks in search of thee.
To find and cast upon your shore
a wish to want not once, not more...

Good Morning Sir Sy of Tabin.

Well if this is an illusion then I don't want to know the secret.  Always ruins it.

Lovely ponderings and a hardy hello for a happy and grand day to you master poet.

As always your rhymes are dead on time as you see thru the illusions to the truth
Another brilliant write from our poetic light.
