I look now to winter
in her stilettos of ice
and barbed wire stockings

when she invites me to her couch
and leaves the wind of me in shreads
on her clothesless line

I envy the shivering of the river
as he is warmed by stone strewn banks
and gurgled to quiet in frozen pond

dare I dance my manbones there
at her window pockets emptyness
or will she pluck my prepuse warmth

with her sleet winged butterflys

The imagery in this is superb my friend....

you have done it again...

and I, I am sitting here smiling at this one....

Well done dark friend...

The greatest beauty on earth, is
found in the hearts of those
who love....

Susan

Happiness isn't something that happens to you, it's created from within you.  Joy is a state of mind.

doing the library thing

and I am haunted
by my illicit exquisite dream
but I can't really wake up
so I just drift in between

Nice tale you weave!  This is a fine read!  KJ

Through rubble and trouble and dark of night
The yawn of a dawn will hasten the light
