Horizons Far

I stand in rue horizons far
Searching for my Shangri-la
Through smog and grit it stands in hide
And I’m in fear of it’s abide

I see the sight of sallow showers
A palette view of dying flowers
The grass is tipped with yellow gray
And topped with trees that look like hay

The waters wet the sands like mud
The sky has turned the let of blood
The air is toll of randy smell
It seems this soul would stand in hell

Where is the blue the clear the pure?
The Eden of my births allure
Where is the omni of the free?
I’m on my knees for amnesty

How can I pay this debt of base?
For lace and rose and touch of grace

To all my friends you overwhelm me.

Good grief!  You had better come to Vancouver and let me spoil you for awhile, and darn it, yes you can bring Isabel     Sy, we love you more than you know.  You are indeed the first thing these blue eyes see here each and every single morning.
1) turn on computer
2) get today's topics
3) find Seymor
4) sigh!
5) read again, sigh again.  See?

For a while there, I thought that I was gonna have to write the morning sonnets!

Ah!  There you are!!!
I've been so lost in the mornings without you..
I really didn't know how to start my day with you not here.
So I didn't,.. and the tea got cold and I became more miserable.
It's SOOOOO good to see your smiling face m'friend.

We who do not stand immediately beside you
can only imagine the discourse of your
surroundings, our Dear Sy...

best you bring Isabel to Kansas for a stay...
we'll sit by the fireplace [it's going to be
a long, cool winter] with hot toddies and
tell stories of our lives...

it's fun visiting poets...I should know, first hand!

We have missed you, my friend...
give my love to Isabel.

Mr. T., I think the time has come for us to have an angel to "angel" (I'm the "angel") talk... You recently have been to hades and back ~ well, at least half way back!

I will prepare all of your favourite angel foods and gather sweet nectars from all around the world for you to sip. I will give you an aromatherapy massage with the finest exotic essential oils, a reflexology treatment, some hands-on-healing, crystal therapy, align your chakras and balance your aura. I have more healing tricks up my sleeve than David Copperfield! lol

Then I'll read your palm, give you a Tarot reading and do numerology chart for you.

Then perhaps we could look at the stars and count all the blessings in our lives. ~ and you, Mr. T., are one of mine.

Angel hugs & kisses,
EA

We seem now to be an easier group
since the return of our leader of troups
has come back to his place in Passion's halls
and has regained his rightful applause

[bad rhyme...ahem]

[let's try again...]

Seymour Tabin, just who are you?
That winds and wends a wonderful stew
of words and cheer and mindful thought,
as a "chicken soup" of life is taught...

I have your poems printed and framed,
and they all, my friend, bear your name;
your wisdom is such for women and men,
that we all want to claim you as ken.

Tomorrow is Saturday, go ahead, sleep in...
I'll wake the morn, and coffee will spin
into your dreams, you'll awake, too...
and cook up some more of your chicken soup.
