Stars in sky,  up above me

Though away from me,  far apart
Together are we,  close in heart
To look around,  if we will do
You will see me,  I will see you

As you are there,  here with me
With love as ours,  this will always be
For though I am here,   I am there with you

And I remember this too! A challenge so very well met. Better still has been your coming into our family. Congrats on two years and may there be many more!

If tears could build a stairway and memories a lane, I'd walk right up to heaven and bring you home again.

It seems somehow longer than two years, Ethel...perhaps that is because we've taken time to get to know each other a little better...all I know is that you came, you shared the love that surrounds you, and you continue to keep on giving...

Congratulations! And this particular poem...well...it has some deep connection to me...

Congrats Ethel on your anniversary! This too was the title of one of my favorite poems I wrote of a friend who is indeed gone, but very much still here with me.

I can't think of a better way to celebrate than that of love and to do it in poetic beauty is ribbon on the package. Beautiful and warming is the pen you inked this in. Congrats on the two years here and look forward to the 5th anniversary poetic party when you hit that.
