tip the cup
spill the green

midnight’s fairy drink
is a juice of dreams

that frees the mind of midnight screams,
paints the skies with sweet offerings

so lust for life,
sweep away dust, cobwebs and rust
from art and soul
'tis absinthe's goal

to tickle the palette,
awaken the tulips
in ease of tease
puts you down upon your knees

spring teasel erupts
through welcoming leaves
stirs the dregs of winter’s harvest deep,
dances in warm woods the stars to keep
while above the hollows and wintry traps
threaten to hold love in smothering wraps

so free the green fairy, spin the spin,
let the full moon shine in grin

tip your cup

I'll drink to that. Got any hot chocolate?

If tears could build a stairway and memories a lane, I'd walk right up to heaven and bring you home again.

What's wrong with my green juice? LOL, Larry, of course, I'll give YOU a hot cocoa, bro. Actually, I've never drank absinthe, but after drinking some health food store green stuff that made me feel as if I'd had a jolt of lightning...well, absinthe can't possible be any more powerful.

Ken, when that porch project is done, tip your cup, dance that dance

Lee, LOL, his would no doubt hold the powerful health store variety rather than absinthe
