And fireflies rise in lucent troves
Sheet music humming curled lyrics
Free calm by a lake
Sweet coffee wind ravishes
Test driving a romantic honeymoon
The in between hours arching smoothed
Naked daylight turns to valorous flame
Wrapped in tropical sea foam…murmuring

Lee~

brings back so many days of spending time at the beach....thank you! it's beautiful!!

I don’t want the world to see me
cause I don’t think that they’d understand
When everything’s made to be broken I just want you to know who I am

I was attracted by the lovely title, and find the poem to be even prettier. Nicely penned...wonderful.
