Given a person who knows to teach
to the ear a softer tone is reached
to the apprentice, words of sound advice
cut vocal pitch, leave room for discussion
the label of aggressive is hard to swallow
one looks for student time to borrow
tried virtues we lend as peers
let curious appetites be filled
by no scornful act of rage
lest a dilemma has to be staged
that vocal cords must be raised
my preference is for milder speech
to the head softer tones can reach

Milder speach, yes, then one can hear for the thoughts are not drowned out by the noise.

Happiness isn't something that happens to you, it's created from within you.  Joy is a state of mind.
