Time wags its tail, pleased, content
In a sometimes tired sway
Morning watching shadows
Moving down a fresh split road
From what strange arose

Drops of dust offer ready sighs
Cordwood for warm standbys
Choice becomes totem
A gypsy soul, wide gluten numbers

Composed of little...but much
Let’s sit on the tailboard...a while
Trace and settle in sight
Become pink juice of respite

Interlinked arcs, draw shapes of mountains
Handfuls of flared sirens
Lap courses atop, handling heavy rainfalls
With lulling bare-handed ermines
As with efforts of art we
Look on with them….

Matching up images
Touching together, flat palms
Patting it over and over again
We smile and declare perfection

One word message...love
Love which stretches irregular sometimes, yet writes
A Midsummer Night's meaning
Pressing the likeness of form and spirit
Making fine adjustments to the image

Contented mood of peacetime
Wearing silver things, musical like softened chimes
With a strong hand portrait
Rising through grey streams, of a course wondering
