The Sun Shall Rise Again

Dew glistens by morning light;
breathing life once more into fields of wildflowers.
Sunlight, again, bathes the earth in reflected glory.
The swallow sings her lullaby from above
as fields of grass dance on the wind.
Azure pierces billowing clouds to embrace
the landscape in resonate warmth.
Crowned mountains stand proudly,
basking in warmth and Heaven's light,
as wondrous night gives way to rising sun,

As the sun again rises, so shall His light.
Returning always from its slumber,
to light the path from sorrow.

Grace trancends night;
offering hope,
once again,
beyond adversity.

Beyond the edge of disparity,
charged in darkness,
light abounds.

Wrapped in warmth, and promise, it flourishes;
showering hope with manifestations
of love and compassion.

Trust in light, truest friend.
Darkness it endures always;
defeating misery at the hands of our Father.

He patiently awaits your return to His light;
carrying you through the darkness,
and reassuring you with the rising sun,
that tomorrow it shall rise again.

Moreover, sharing His secret in your sorrow.
Beyond life.
Beyond darkness.
Beyond fields bitten by despair.
The sun shall rise again.

Kevin,
You have such a wonderful heart. You write with emotion that is true and honest. Your technique is beyond my reach yet so attainable as a reader. As you know this carries a lot of personal meaning to me and is certainly a keeper for me, thank you.

If tears could build a stairway and memories a lane, I'd walk right up to heaven and bring you home again.

Indeedy, it will.
Enjoyed this one very much Kevin.

Thank you for the time each of you took to appreciate my repost.  I am so happy that it touched you in the way it was intended.  I found it "healing" to write it.  Thank you for taking the time to read and absorb it.
