He lurks within veiled corners
Where darkness gives cover
Moving as the mist
Seeing with worldly eyes
What others would hide
Or neglect to notice
Peering to the insides
With his x-ray vision
Then creating his masterpieces
With stroke of pen
Written with a wink
And a nod and a grin
Showing us all the world he sees
Yet hiding it too
Within the silhouette of his lines
As only he knows--
