A Sprinkle of Fantasy She sprinkles me with flowers flow Like wind that drives the powdered snow And then with just a pinch of yeast She bakes for me the bread of feast. Coats the crust with oil of aim And cooks it with desires flame Bellows it with spirits awe Until she reaches to the core And I am done to ecstasy Within a phantoms fantasy Alive and yet a puppets play Absorbed into a night of stray Spellbound in the taste of joy Drunk within the grapes of ploy Held within Chantilly lace The red of rose held to my face It’s here I often weep and cry The reap that sweeps the moon to die |
