flex and stretch
    and flex some more

until all that you thought
    was out of reach

is now within your grasp

all that once seemed
out of reach
now awaits your personalized remodeling

so flex and stretch

until nothing you seek

is out of reach

but be aware of the consequences
of seeking

know what you seek

Sometimes we'll know when we find it...  Just the act of seeking is enough to open up new directions.  Perhaps the catch IS knowing when we find it...

Oh Good Lord Kacy, I think this is my
quote for the day(year/life):

know what you seek

we are supposed to have an answer to that?)
Good Lord . . . I think the catch is knowing after it is gone . . .

I echo Mark's sentiments.
