Thy key, I sayeth in storm’s clash
or rend from hinge thine oaken door.
As ivory jewels clench in gnash
and famished eyes hunger of more.

Little lock, hear the sing of key in entry
Let oak door swing within to me
Hear the scattered fall of pearls and gold
Someone’s fingers to find rent silk in history

Before thee lies anew one’s path
from fingers trace in swirling trance
for souls of twain there boils a stew
in wait one chime, one kiss perchance.

I hear him cry out from the longest ride
Yet he’ll not give o’er to Morpheus’ side
gathers to him his bride in trusted soul
who gives up her lips as his fingers guide

Till honey lies thy ruby lips
of dew and suckle on the vine
a strand of pearls shall grace thy hips
for I art thine of dreams recline.

“Dear Lord,” these, my whispered moans enchant
“I’m yours for want,” for I shall take the dance
and he in solemn touch garlands mine
full bellied hips with pearls of romance, to bind.

Lush and sensual and elegant -- very well done.  An excellent blend.

Sir Knight,

It was indeed an honor, once again,
to mix a song of line with you.

Thank you for ALL you bring to Passions.

Some simple and heartfelt lay,

Really nice duet, you two!  Loved the title and how the pearls where woven throughout the poem.
