Ride around in circles,
then switch to the diagonal,
go through the pillars of life
and hope the next curve
doesn’t throw you off balance.

Then, keeping your seat,
straighten yourself out,
head down the long side
of life’s arena,
keeping your eyes on your goal.

Be ready for
that 90 degree angle.
Sometimes
it sneaks up on your left
before you can right yourself.

bravo ma'am... bravo..

understanding how things take space and form..and being able to apply those lessons in to personal life.. to draw the analogy between.. we can learn from all we learn...and it is amazing how applied to other things the same truths hold.

I had heard of dressage, though it's not something they do around here.  Around here it's all barrel-racing, but I guess that takes some geometry too.  This is neatly done.

My daughter has an incredible Dressage trainer/instructor, and this write is, in part, the result of last night's riding lesson.
I always enjoy your straight answers as much as those with curves and angles.

Yes, going 'round the barrels does require following some precise geometric patterns.
Thanks for reading!
