Cerise, tyrian, white and grey
clouds meander, over corduroy
suede golden fields.
Circle rolls of straw stand in wheat fields newly shaved.

Long shadows of trees,
strecth out to the gates
of cemateries and churches
of cold stone, weather beaten, slowly decaying.

Sense of cut straw hanging
hot on the air, as i rush past
hedgerows filled with fleeing finches.
Distant patchwork fields slowly fading colour.

Stopping to slake thirst, but
delightedly exhausted, thrilled
to be free, to witness such
an evening of vivid colourful scenes.

Potatoe clouds flying away
to distant lands, clearing the
sky for midnight's raven coloured robe,
where i will fly away tonight to my dreams.

Buffalo girl won't you come out tonight..come out tonight...(George Bailey~It's A Wonderful Life)
