The Sky

The sky is made of naught and star
One of thwart and one too far
And one that sails within its deem
Is out on bail or in a dream

A spirits wile of fantasy
That holds the guile of lunacy
And they’re within the omni rush
You pan the gold within the brush

It glitters like a phantoms sky
And flutters like a butterfly
And neither one is true of source
Or indicates the brew of course

It turns within a perigee
On symbols of the obligee
It is a synthesis of prime
Fireflies of sands of time

A fool’s swag of pyrite gleam
Collected in a bag of dream

Sometimes, pyrite is prettier than the real thing.  At least, it is here!  No, I think this is the real thing!   ....jo

Earth Angel
So far you are the only one that told me I was a poet. And I thank you.

serenity,
Your real gold is in your mind and there is no smoke there.

iliana
Did you know gold is not yellow, but pink just like you.
