In the snows of winter {sometimes} I find there is a faint trace of music watercolors seep across the landscape in frag ments of piano sonatas {sometimes} in darkness I watch moonlight rise to the sky wondering how I escaped past years & casual folds of memories I linger in stolen sleep lost {lost at your lips} your tender words make me weep I adore silence even now I think of how your touch would feel & {often write letters to you; delicate -- tender reeds in nights of late hours} each time asking: "gentle wind" carry this thought upon your river I breathe in, love falls upon my mouth, I taste the sound of water let me sleep, let me dream, be inside with you let me remember your fingers and words where still, the eyes of a lover's soul accompany my nights ~~**~~ just because GIMD ... I've tried so hard to tell myself that you're gone though you're still with me I've been alone all along..Now I'm bound by the life you left behind |

( I just heard butterflies sighing)   I would love to live as a river flows, carried by the surprise of its own unfolding. |
