Your Face My fingers read your face by Braille And sink in thoughts below the Vail I know in time that thorns will bear But in my love I do not care. There is a force that leads me on It stays with me and never gone It plays the strings within my heart Hypnotic is the songs impart And I am quote unquote the mark That sees the rainbow of the arc And follows the road to utter muse Trying to watch my P’s and Q’s And there beyond horizons last I see the vision of the cast Not in coinage of the realm But apparitions overwhelm And in this netting we are caught Until we reach our final port. |
