It’s hard to be a poet
with all the things I've said
to come back later
a spectator
and wonder how I should be read

Papers filled with
heavy heartache
sometimes more than
I can take
Worried content
for all these years
finally found out
they're only tears

shed on paper
not too heavy
Wonder why I
put them down
